2. Form Review
WSS will review the completed form and email a selection of compatible, discounted options.
3. Choose System
Make an informed decision about your preferred option and purchase with $75 credit applied.
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation receipt email with a link to download the Assessment Form PDF. Once you or your plumber have completed the form, you can submit it to Assessments@wssus.com for an email response. The form has a button at the bottom that will address a new email to us and automatically attach the form to that email for submission.

There is no expiration date for the $75 Water Which credit which is applied toward product purchases. The Water Which service is fully refundable within 60 days after purchase unless you have received an installer referral or the options results in which case, the fee is considered fully earned from services rendered. Though the $75 is nonrefundable for unused Water Which assistance after 60 days or after an installer referral is made, the $75 will still be available as a product purchase credit indefinatley.
